THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    We accept walk-ins, but we highly recommend that you book your bridal appointment in advance. If you decide to walk-in, just please keep in mind that if we have previously scheduled appointments, you may have to wait for an bridal consultant and fitting suite to be available. Feel free to call or text us for same day appointments so you don't have to wait. We can't wait to meet you!
  • Do I need an appointment?
    We recommend booking your bridal appointment in advance so we can ensure we have everything ready for your personalized shopping experience! Our goal is to get to know every bride before the appointment so we can turn your bridal shopping experience into a core memory that makes your wildest bridal dreams come true!
  • Is there a booking fee?
    We do not have a booking fee for most of our appointments. We do require a credit card on file that will be charged $50 if your appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment. Don't worry, we will send you multiple appointment reminders! For more information on the appointments that have a booking fee, please see the FAQ about the VIP Experience.
  • How long do appointments last?
    Our appointments are scheduled to be 1.5 hours (2 hours for the VIP). This gives our bridal consultants plenty of time to help you find your dream dress!
  • How much are your dresses?
    Most of our dresses range from $3,000 to $7,500, with a select few priced below or above that range. The average price of our dresses falls between $3,000 and $4,000.
  • When should I buy my wedding dress?
    The sooner the better! Most brides shop for their dress 9-12 months before their big day. We recommend purchasing your dress at least 6 months in advance, but we do offer rush and off the rack options for a quick turn around.
  • How many people can come to my appointment?
    We have bridal suites that can accommodate up to 8 guests! We also have a VIP Experience that gives you the option to bring the whole entourage. To have a stress free bridal experience, we recommend bringing 4-6 people.
  • How many dresses can I try on?
    As many as you want, this bridal experience is all about YOU! Your personal bridal consultant will work closely with you to pull dresses that best suit your vision to help provide a stress free experience. But at the end of the day, we don't put a limit on your dress try-on dreams!
  • What do I bring to my appointment?
    We will be in contact with you before your appointment to talk about your vision for your dress and your experience at Senoia Bridal Company. We will send you all of the details about what you should bring for your personalized experience!
  • Do I have to pay in full when I order my dress?
    No, we have multiple, flexible payment plan options for your convenience.
  • Is there parking?
    There is a parking lot behind our shop. We have one reserved spot for VIP appointments and can pick you up from anywhere in town with our golf cart!
  • Do you offer in house alterations?
    Yes, we have an in-house seamstress that is available by appointment only.
  • Are children allowed?
    We recommend that you do not bring children to your bridal experience so that all focus can be on the future bride! If you are planning to bring someone under 15 years of age, please let us know in advance. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
  • What is the VIP Experience & why is there a fee?
    The VIP Bridal Experience includes 2 hours with an expert bridal consultant and an assistant, exclusive access to our entire private lounge, and unlimited guests! This package includes charcuterie and champagne to celebrate the special occasion. All eyes on you, you will be the only bride in sight for this exclusive experience with all of your favorite people! What to Expect: We will be in touch before your appointment to get to know you so we can curate the ultimate Senoia Bridal Experience! With this experience we also offer a VIP parking spot, a bridal gift, a personalized itinerary to explore our Historic Downtown, the use of our company golf cart, discounts to local boutiques and restaurants, and so much more! There is a $100 reservation fee to book this bridal experience.
  • Can I add champagne and charcuterie to any dress fitting experience?
    Absolutely! We will reach out when you book your appointment to talk about what you want for your personalized shopping experience. It's all about YOU at Senoia Bridal Company.

  • Are there any events or festivals held in Senoia throughout the year?
    Yes, Senoia hosts several events throughout the year! Specific events and dates may very year to year. Check out the official Senoia event calendar to see what's coming up soon or feel free to reach out and we can give you the details. Here are some of our favorites: Alive after 5 - Happens the 3rd Friday of the month (except during the colder months) Senoia Farmers' Market - A community market featuring local famers, food producers, and craftsman every Saturday morning. (March-December) PorchFest - A community event where porches and yards become stages for bands & musicians. Historic Downtown Senoia Car Show - The annual car show is backed with vintage cards 25 years and older. Christmas in Senoia - Christmas is a magical time in Senoia with festive decorations, parades and events. Candlelight Tour of Homes - A festive, self-guided tour of some of the most beautiful homes in downtown Senoia decorated for Christmas.
  • Can I explore the town on foot, and are there walking tours available?
    Yes, Senoia is a town that is often best explored on foot, allowing visitors to appreciate its historic charm, architecture, and unique atmosphere. The downtown area, in particular, is pedestrian-friendly, featuring sidewalks, boutiques, cafes, and landmarks that can be easily reached by walking. You can do a self-guided tour using a map provided by the Senoia Welcome Center to check out the history of the town or you can sign up for a guided tour for "The Walking Dead."
